Dispute Resolution & Arbitration:

■ Successfully represented the KFTC in a lawsuit filed by Qualcomm regarding an administrative fine of approximately US$ 900 million

■ Represented the Korea National Oil Corporation (KNOC), overturned the district court judgment and obtained a favourable ruling for KNOC in the case filed by Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd.

■ Represented Hyundai E&C and obtained a full victory in the lawsuit filed by GS E&C against Hyundai E&C for damages due to low-cost order in the Samcheok Green Power Plant project

■ Representing creditors including CN Rail in connection with Hanjin Shipping bankruptcy
