Work Highlights

Indonesian Toll Road Association (consisted of 55 Indonesia toll road companies) - Legal advisor for ATI in relation to the implementation of multi lane free flow (MLFF) system to be used for toll collection and improving the provisions of all existing concession contracts with respect to the implementation of right of way utilization, rest area development, and the management of overweight and over dimension vehicle in toll road.


PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk.- Advisory on the transfer of gas portfolio assets from PT Pertamina Persero. The assets transferred include Jambaran-Tiung Biru gas pipelines, Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) portfolio, Gas Filling Station, Gas Grid, and State Portion Gas. The works require a deep understanding of the perspective of capital markets, spinoffs, and asset restructuring. The transfer of assets is a part of the restructuring and formation of gas sub-holding in the Pertamina group. It is regarded as one of the State Owned Enterprises widely anticipated restructuring works.


Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund - Assisting the IIGF in the development of airport and household gas network projects, among others, by: (i) formulating the Final Report of the Final Business Case of the Project; (ii) identifying legal concerns within blended financing schemes encompassing state sharia bonds and PPP; (iii) analyzing regulations pertaining to the utilization of Government assets; (iv) analyzing regulations in relations to project operations; and (v) providing legal assistance during the transaction stage of the Project (e.g., the tender, signing of PPP agreement, as well as financial close of the Project)


World Bank - Legal advisor in the Project Management Consultant overseeing the BRT Project in Bandung and Medan. Responsible for managing legal aspects related to Bus Rapid Transit (“BRT”) initiatives in both cities. Furthermore, advising the Client on the regulatory adherence facilitates the BRT projects, funded by the World Bank, to progress smoothly, ensuring timely execution. Additionally, enhancing stakeholder collaboration contribute to the overall success of the BRT Project, emphasizing its legal soundness, risk mitigation, and alignment with broader transportation objectives at the Ministry level with World Bank funding.


PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur - Legal advisor for SMI in (i) preparing bankable structures and documents for the Manggar TPAS PPP Project, regarding, but not limited to, legal and institutional aspects; (ii) preparing procurement and transaction documents for the Manggar TPAS PPP Project in the framework of Project implementation; (iii) assist SMI in assisting PJPK in preparing and implementing the Project transaction process.


CJ Logistics Corporation - Development of CJ Bio Plant through joint operation. Services rendered include the negotiation and preparation of joint operation agreement as well as relevant documentation required for the construction of CJ Bio Plant project.


Indonesia Ministry of Communication and Informatics - Procurement and transaction of High Throughput Satellite through PPP scheme. Services rendered include the finalization of project business case, tender documents preparation, and preparing & finalizing the PPP agreement.


PT ANTAM Tbk - The development of the end-to-end Electric Vehicle (EV) Battery Industry, the project involving various works such as structuring the transaction and divestment of ANTM’s shares for the setting up of Mining, Battery Cells, and Nickel Processing Joint-Venture Companies. The project is worth more than IDR 3 trillion. The project is cited as a National Strategic Program.
