Our Intellectual Property group guides its clients in all aspects of the acquisition, licensing, application, protection and enforcement of their IP rights, including patents and trademarks. This includes supporting clients such as inventors, manufacturers, universities, private equity firms and others with a focus on driving technological advances.

The Litigation Group is Armstrong Teasdale’s largest practice group. The skills and strategy of our trial lawyers have resulted in dozens of top-ranking verdicts over the years. Our attorneys have backgrounds in diverse areas, including intellectual property, product liability, construction, commercial, insurance, health care and white-collar criminal defense.

Our Corporate Services group provides comprehensive representation in all areas of business law, corporate finance and investment.
