The Firm

AMOSS LLP was founded in 2012 by Alan Adams, Dan Murphy, John O’Sullivan, and Gavin Simons. Having known each other for many years, the founders realised they had a similar attitude, work ethic and vision and together could provide comprehensive legal services to commercial clients that was different to other law firms.

Since starting on this journey with 15 staff in 2012, AMOSS has grown to over 80 staff making it one of Ireland’s most recognised and successful commercial law firms.

In 2016, AMOSS joined Interlaw, a long-established global network of pre-eminent independent law firms located in 150 cities with 8,000+ expert lawyers around the world, as its sole representative law firm in Ireland.

Insolvency

The Insolvency division comprises of a specialist team of lawyers who have an unrivalled reputation in the market for providing advice to all parties involved in and affected by corporate insolvency. The team of experienced lawyers work closely with other specialist teams at AMOSS and professionals in the areas of tax and accountancy, to ensure optimum client solutions even in the most complex of matters.
