Qatar Appeal Court judgment dated 30/04/2024: Rights over a pledged property
An Appeal Court ruling in Qatar has confirmed the principle that a pledge doesn't imply ownership but only grants priority in debt repayment from the property's proceeds.
Qatar- QICDRC has no jurisdiction over employment disputes between QFZA and its employees
