ALP provides legal services on both the lender and borrower sides of financing arrangements and is involved in the negotiating, drafting and reviewing of finance and security documents as well as the creation of security interests and collaterisation of loans.

ALP has advised a DFI in connection with a US$200,000,000 (Two Hundred Million Dollars) bridge loan facility for the purpose of the development of a transportation infrastructure project;

ALP has also advised a state government in respect of commercial term loans in the sum of N55,000,000,000,000 (Fifty-five Billion Naira) provided by a consortium of commercial banks for infrastructure and social projects.

ALP are transaction advisers on energy initiatives and provide legal advice, consultation, transaction implementation and change management for the commercial and private sector collaboration, in the delivery of power.
