Mr. Filatov is one of the most renowned Ukrainian dispute resolution practitioners with more than 25 years of professional experience. He focuses on local and cross-border litigation and international arbitration, particularly corporate, commercial and investment disputes. He also has considerable experience in banking, financial and IP disputes.
Apart from having very strong practical expertise in Ukrainian courts and international arbitration proceedings and outstanding client portfolio, he shaped the Ukrainian dispute resolution practice by developing and securing parliamentary approval of progressive legislation while he was serving in the government sector. Pavlo Byelousov, Partner.
