Our Partners have extensive experience of advising on contentious and non-contentious matters in the offshore oil & gas and renewables industries, an area in which we have been active for over 25 years. This has given us knowledge of dealing with a wide range of issues covering, for example, seismic survey, exploration, field development, construction, installation, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning. In this time, we have been involved in matters across the globe and have acted for parties throughout the value chain.

Shipping

Our Partners have extensive experience in advising clients on a comprehensive range of shipping and international trade issues, both contentious and non-contentious, including issues arising under charterparties, bills of lading, COAs and following casualties at sea. Our Partners have acted for some of the largest shipyards and their clients and regularly advise on contentious and non-contentious matters including shipbuilding and repair contracts, refund guarantees and more.
