We bring extensive experience to a wide variety of sophisticated real estate transactions. We provide legal services for deals involving the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, the development of unimproved property, and the lease of retail, office, and industrial space. We are proficient in all aspects of joint venture and partnership or limited liability company transactions that combine financial partners, domestic and foreign, with developers. In addition, our attorneys are skilled in structuring a variety of debt-equity transactions, including real estate financings and sale-leaseback transactions.
