Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie LLP’s (WJM) team of Private Client solicitors has extensive experience of providing legal advice on personal affairs.
The team of experts can help with a wide variety of legal matters, such as making a will, powers of attorney, incapacity issues, trusts, estate planning, asset protection, inheritance tax, personal tax and returns, as well as buying, selling, and letting residential property.
Private Client experts at WJM often provide specialist guidance on complex family and financial situations, often advising multiple generations of the same family in order to maintain and grow wealth down the generations, or creating structures to ensure assets are protected and passed to chosen beneficiaries.
The team consists of 21 solicitors, and is led by Rosina Dolan, Rod MacLean and Roddy Harrison. Previous Head of Private Client, Ian Macdonald, is a member of STEP’s Worldwide Council and chairs STEP’s Professional Development Committee.
