Our in-depth understanding and industry knowledge enable us to develop strategies and solutions for our clients in the oil and gas, petrochemical, power, utilities, renewables, district cooling, transportation and marine sectors. This includes acting for a variety of stakeholders in drafting, negotiating and reviewing tender documents, consortium agreements, turnkey contracts, concession agreements, and offtake and supply agreements. We have also been involved in the delivery of prominent infrastructure projects such as water treatment plants, cogeneration plants, solar facilities, data centres, airports, transportation infrastructure and Public-Private Partnership projects, several of which have attracted headline news and won international awards. We also represent clients in all forms of dispute resolution, including mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation; some of our lawyers also sit as adjudicators and arbitrators. The integrated suite of services we offer allows us to provide practical advice on dispute management and cost-effective solutions to disputes that are consistent with our clients’ commercial objectives.
