Our Cases

In 2025, we advised numerous companies in designing self-consumption generation capacities in combination with battery storage capabilities – an option only fully introduced into legislation in 2025 thus setting innovative examples for the projects to come. Our engagement includes each client's compliance with the regulatory, commercial and tax environment aimed at optimizing the CEE/SEE location for establishing new business. We advise foreign traders in connection with oil, gas, and power trading activities in the CEE/SEE region. We continue to advise Itochu, Marguerite Fund, and Veolia's Vigie Groupe in their second decade on the landmark WtE project in Serbia. We keep building our portfolio of M&A deals in the energy sector.
