Wolf Theiss offers legal services for the IP portfolio management and comprehensive protection of IP rights in physical and virtual environments. Our team works on complex domestic and cross-border cases and high-end matters for multinational corporations and highly specialised companies in Austria and across our offices in 12 other CEE/SEE countries.

We advise on IP strategy to help businesses benefit from their competitive advantages and leverage innovation: from the development of IP assets to prosecution and enforcement. We have extensive experience in IP litigation involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, design rights and unfair competition, as well as in the protection of know-how and trade secrets. We also handle related aspects of M&A transactions and transfer and licensing agreements.

In addition to traditional IP work our team advises on outsourcing, new media, cloud computing, software, e-commerce, domains and licenses.
