We advise on and assist our clients in M&A and joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate restructurings, antitrust, corporate governance as well as corporate related compliance.

From general advisory to complex transaction advice, our clients require us to be innovative and find solutions that best fit their needs, give maximum comfort to them and yet are workable for the purpose of doing deals with their counterparties.

Our team has expertise in multiple legal areas and understanding of the specific industry needs and practices as well as regulatory and political environment in which our clients operate. This multidisciplinary approach combined with transactional experience makes us well positioned to efficiently handle projects and advise clients on general issues pertinent to their business or on a specific deal.

We assisted with many large-scale M&A transactions, including a landmark deal when 240 petrol stations changed hands in one transaction. In 2019 we became pioneers advising Sompo International on the first ever M&A warranty and indemnity insurance transaction in Ukraine.

We believe that the active participation of the private sector and, in particular, lawyers in developing a new investor-friendly legal environment is an investment in our future. As a member of the Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, we urge legislative initiatives to improve the investment framework, some of which were adopted by the Parliament.
