Having one of the largest and most experienced teams in the region, our Corporate/M&A team regularly advises foreign investors on entering the market and setting up new businesses. This includes equity or asset acquisitions from existing businesses and arranging joint ventures with local partners in Hungary and the wider CEE/SEE region. We facilitate deal introductions and proactively work to find solutions and consensus to ensure that transactions are successful.

Our lawyers have extensive experience in successfully negotiating and closing all types of transactions ranging from share deals, asset deals, leveraged buyouts, management buy-outs, to management buy-ins including regulatory advice.
