Understanding that California is a global business hub, Winston Taylor opened its doors in Los Angeles in 1999, San Francisco in 2003, and Silicon Valley in 2013, and continues to grow in the region. Our California offices are now home to nearly 115 lawyers and more than 75 staff members, with more than 50 litigators who have robust experience litigating before California federal courts, major state courts and arbitration tribunals such as AAA. These West Coast litigators are known for litigating complex business litigation, regularly handling an array of matters ranging from false advertising to complex commercial litigation and product liability, banking to employment litigation, and intellectual property to antitrust. We have appeared in hundreds of complex commercial litigation matters in California state courts, including more than 15 in the San Joaquin County Superior Court. Much of our representation is for food manufacturing and distribution companies.
