Strengths
We advise on insolvency matters and corporate disputes, with a strong track record in directors’ and accountants’ liability cases. The team regularly conducts proceedings before the Supreme Court and the Enterprise Chamber, which allows shareholders and other stakeholders to take action against directors. The practice is led by Thijs van Zanten (Band 2), supported by six lawyers, including Marlieke ten Brink and Lauret van den Reek, who hold special rights of audience before the Supreme Court.
