Watson Farley & Williams has a growing African projects team drawing principally on the expertise of lawyers based in Dubai, London, Paris and Frankfurt. It has broad capabilities, advising on the acquisition of hydrocarbon assets and project finance as well as a variety of corporate and commercial mandates pertinent to this field, including the formation of joint ventures.
