The Banking and Finance Unit at Ward Hadaway is a full service team advising in all areas of funding and security issues. It has long standing team members with extensive experience.

Clients include institutional lenders, funds, fund managers, public and quasi-public sector lenders, crowd funding platforms, private individuals and charities.  Our client list means that the firm benefits from the insight to the approaches taken by institutions in fundamental areas. We regularly meet with their legal teams at their head offices to share knowledge and understand their direction of travel. The team has a real in depth knowledge of public sector funding and grant funding, funding platforms and funding structures.

The banking and finance team is supported by other units in the firm when completing funding projects. The firm has a specialist construction team, planning lawyers, a team specialising in agriculture, a tax team and lawyers specialising in state aid and competition and energy.
