Real Estate Development

  • Advising HeidelbergCement Group and its local subsidiary Kunda Nordic Cement on a complex transaction involving separation of Kunda Port business and its sale to BMLG group, also in various real estate matters
  • Advising JNG Investments on the sale-leaseback transaction of 33,000 m2 Via 3L logistics complex located in Rae Municipality at the outskirts of Tallinn
  • Advising Bigbank on the acquisition from East Capital of the 17,000 m2 Bauhof construction and gardening centre building in Pärnu, along with the adjacent office building
