  • Advised VAS “Starptautiskā lidosta Rīga” in conclusion of rights of superficies agreement with the Latvian airline airBaltic for construction of a new aircraft hangar
  • Advised Marijas 2 SIA on development of Novira Plaza, a 7-floor office building at Riga. Total investment amounts to EUR 55 million
  • Advised Lumi Capital on the Acquisition of Shopping Centre Juglas Centrs in Riga
  • Assists TAV Latvia on lease and sublease of commercial spaces in Riga International Airport terminal
