Key Work Highlights - 

  1. Advised HDFC Bank Limited in a deal that involved amalgamation of: (i) erstwhile HDFC Investments Limited and erstwhile HDFC Holding Limited, wholly-owned subsidiaries of HDFC Limited (“e-HDFC”) with and into e-HDFC; and (ii) e-HDFC with and into HDFC Bank by way of a composite scheme of amalgamation. 
  2. Advised the Robertet Group in acquiring Sonarome Private Limited.
