We negotiate and prepare documentation relating to swaps and other derivatives products, including ISDA Master Agreements.
Vorys is well known for its representation of public and private borrowers in syndicated credit facilities for working capital, long-term and acquisition financing, as well as private placements and cross-border and multicurrency facilities. We also advise our corporate clients on treasury matters, local tax incentive programs, aircraft financing and equipment leasing.
