Our nationally ranked high-yield debt practice includes the representation of issuers, underwriters and initial purchasers in public and private offerings of a variety of debt securities and ancillary transactions. We handle the negotiation and structuring of the security terms, covenants, and documentation, as well as preparation of the offering disclosure documents and related agreements. In the past five years we have worked on roughly 140 high-yield debt offerings with an aggregate transactional value in excess of approximately $75 billion.
