Lauded for its “intelligent approach”, the team is particularly known for its strength in acquisition finance, reserve based lending, project finance and syndicated lending and, also, advises routinely on corporate lending, secured and unsecured lending, asset-based lending, debt capital markets, real estate financings, project and structured finance, and global depository receipts, amongst others.
