  • Tughans acted for Farrans in defending a £5.5 million claim advanced by its tunnelling sub-contractor. The claim relates to the sub-contractor’s alleged encounter of ‘artesian water’ in constructing a tunnel and the associated costs and delay incurred by the sub-contractor as a result.
