• Barclays, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, J.P. Morgan and Yes Bank as joint book-runners on the issue of notes aggregating to USD 375million, by eight subsidiaries of ReNew Power Limited.
• Piramal Capital and Housing Finance Limited in relation to the establishment of secured euro medium term note programme of upto USD 10,00,000,000.
