Our Antitrust group is best known for taking creative, practical, and efficient approaches to complex antitrust problems, whether in counseling, litigation, or transactions. Our attorneys guide clients through the complex and highly regulated challenges of business competition issues in the United States as well as abroad, and have extensive experience in multidistrict antitrust cartel class action litigation, health care, reverse payment, and other pharmaceutical competition litigation and counseling. We also provide counseling regarding intellectual property and other types of restraints, allowing clients to achieve their commercial goals with the least possible risk.
