Consequently, we have a deep understanding of the challenges involved in project ideation, construction and commercial operation. Our multi-disciplinary team includes lawyers from our regulatory, construction and engineering, financing, real estate, environmental, corporate M&A and tax practices.​ 

Our energy group covers all key sectors including upstream oil and gas, downstream gas transportation and storage, fuels and lubricants and LNG; mining; and power and electricity, including renewables and nuclear. Our highly-rated power practice combines its vast regulatory expertise with experience in drafting and negotiating project contracts to deliver value to clients in both greenfield projects and acquisition transactions.​
