We also offer strong strategic guidance on TUPE to an array of corporate clients, whether on outsourcing arrangements, mergers or acquisitions.

The breadth of our client base is a key strength, with clients across all sectors, including the beverage industry, DIY, consumer heating, confectionary and fashion brands. We service many household names as well as lesser known but large plc’s which match that of a London-based firm.

The team offer a programme of training aimed at leaders on key employment issues from performance management to conducting an effective disciplinary investigation as well and softer skills such as how effective communication. We take a proactive approach to the client relationship including keeping clients up to date with the latest developments through easily digestible ‘Employment Alerts’ and we strive to work in partnership with our client to achieve commercially workable results.
