We assist clients in identifying and analyzing risks associated with business activities, as well as in planning, implementing, and monitoring effective and consistent compliance programs that meet legal and regulatory requirements and align with market best practices. We also support companies, including several of Brazil’s largest corporations and Fortune Global 500 companies, in adapting their internal structures and promoting a strong compliance culture through periodic training programs tailored to executives, employees, and business partners.

In addition, we are recognized for our excellence in preparing, assessing, and coordinating internal investigations related to issues such as fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest, violations of internal policies, and harassment, including multijurisdictional matters. We also handle the reporting phase of such investigations, engaging with external auditors, independent committees, and authorities in Brazil and abroad.
