With broad experience in labor advisory, judicial and administrative litigation, our Labor and Social Security team advises national and international clients from the most diverse sizes and industry sectors in an agile, technical, and precise manner.
Our advisory work has a preventive approach to assisting our clients from the pre-contractual phase until the termination of employment and service-providing relationships. We guide every aspect of labor and social security legislation offering the best strategies given the specific needs of each client. Our team also assists our clients in their relationship with unions, including participating in collective negotiations. In the Immigration area, our practice encompasses strategies for global mobility. In the labor litigation department, our team works on relevant and complex individual and collective claims and represents our clients in discussions on the most varied topics before the Ministry of Labor Prosecution and the labor inspection authorities. We also have extensive experience in administrative proceedings and lawsuits related to social security inspections performed by the Brazilian Federal Revenue. In what regards private/complementary pension, we act in the creation of plans and procedures with PREVIC (Brazilian National Private Pension Superintendence), such as pension plans settlement, sponsorship withdrawal, transfer of plan management between involved entities, etc.
