The work of TozziniFreire’s International Trade practice comprises all aspects required to structure the import and export operations, including obtaining the enrollment with SISCOMEX, drafting of contracts, compliance with the customs laws and regulations, review of the supply chain, tariff classification and changes in tariffs, trade agreements and technical barriers, rules of origin, export controls, sanctions, and trade compliance programs. The International Trade practice also dedicates itself to a wide range of issues related to trade remedies, including anti-dumping investigations, procedures concerned countervailing duties, and safeguards.

The professionals in charge of this practice are internationally recognized and they have broad experience in negotiations with regulatory agencies and with the most prominent trade organizations in Brazil and worldwide, such as the World Trade Organization (WTO) and Mercosur.
