The Firm is known for having proven experience in matters of complex litigation and in processes that require international cooperation.

The Department handles work over the following areas:

• Litigation before State and Federal Courts: The Firm has successfully represented clients in trials related to commercial businesses, real estate, distribution, manufacturing, foreign investment, pharmaceutics and NGO´s.  Our specialization is strategic and complex litigation, as well as cases related to the protection of foreign investors in Mexico.
• Arbitration: The Firm has represented clients in commercial arbitration before national institutions (CAM-Centro de Arbitraje de México), or international (CAS-Court of Arbitration for Sport at Lausanne, Switzerland). We have also participated in mixed arbitrations (investor-state dispute settlement) in matters regarding foreign investment.
