  • Advised joint venture partners Samsung C&T Corporation and DT Infrastructure on their successful bid for the ‘balance of works’ contract to build Marinus Link, a A$6.5 billion undersea and underground electricity and data interconnector between Victoria and the island state of Tasmania.
  • Advising Alstom, the French train, tram and other transportation systems manufacturing giant, on its participation as a Non-Owner Participant in a consortium bidding for the Suburban Rail Loop Project in Victoria. The project is the largest infrastructure project in Victoria.
