About

Provided by Thomson Geer

Thomson Geer provides legal solutions for large and complex litigation and dispute matters.

We understand that being involved in a dispute is disruptive and can take on a life of its own. Our approach to dispute resolution encourages early intervention and strategic analysis of the prospects of resolution at an early stage.

Thomson Geer operates in all jurisdictions in Australia and provides advice and assistance on matters including intellectual property, alternative dispute resolution, class actions, multi-party litigation, building and construction disputes, and project management.

We understand that successful dispute resolution relies on focused and proactive strategic advice, supported by decisive action implemented as quickly and cost efficiently as possible.

We work with clients at an early stage to identify their drivers and ultimate strategic objectives, which enables us to advise on the most effective strategy and approach when faced with a dispute or potentially litigious situation.

We're proud of our track record of driving commercially beneficial outcomes for our clients, whether through formal legal proceedings or the various alternative dispute resolution processes available.

Our clients include public and private corporations, partnerships and individuals, and government agencies.
