Our nationally recognized Real Estate practice group is a core strength of the firm. We have developed a multidisciplinary team that advises companies on major projects, including new construction and project development, particularly as it relates to mixed-use, corporate headquarters and plant development projects. We also have a specialty practice in real estate tax finance, with use of public incentives, including low-income housing tax credits, new market tax credits, tax increment financing, and a myriad of other government incentive programs. Through our wholly owned subsidiary, Project Management Consultants (PMC), we also offer in-house access to architects, engineers, project managers, and financial consultants to support client projects. We represent, on a national basis several of the largest developers in the country on a wide range of work including acquisitions, dispositions, planning, development, leasing, and financing; many large national financial institutions which are heavily invested in the real estate sector through loans or equity interests, including several major lenders in the low-income housing tax credit market; a host of Fortune 500 companies, as well as countless privately owned companies, on their corporate real estate and facilities work; and, numerous institutional investors and private equity funds in real estate investments.
