• Dispute Resolution has historically been a cornerstone of TEGOS practice, but in recent years TEGOS dispute resolution practice has grown considerably and currently the dispute resolution team has developed a steady practice handling over 1000 court and arbitration cases with the value around 2 BEUR;
• Several types of disputes may be highlighted, which have become particularly typical for TEGOS Dispute Resolution team in recent years, namely, (i) representation of the interests of the Latvian state, (ii) complex creditors’ interests protection cases mostly related to struggling with the initiated recognition of transactions null and void to avoid fulfilment of obligations or the other way round turning against simulative transactions and (iii) corporate litigation; public procurement disputes and debt recovery are constantly in demand.
• Our Dispute Resolution practice group’s experience in large scale, complex disputes where simultaneous, active and immediate action in different directions is necessary (for example, Norvik, Reverta, Valsts nekustamie īpašumi, DnB, Baltikums AAS cases) is exceptional.  
• Attorneys of TEGOS are skilled experts in both civil (inter alia, commercial, corporate disputes) and administrative (inter alia, tax, procurement, competition, different permits and licences) law cases.
• We are constantly increasing strength in white-collar crime cases.
