Assisted BBG and Baltikums Bank with sale of insurance company Baltikums to Vienna Insurance Group;
Assisted Communicorp Group with sale of Radio SWH to Cinamon Holding;
Assisted ACTA (holding of Kiwa and Shield Group International) with acquisition of Inspecta Group;
Assisted Coats plc, the world’s largest manufacturer and distributor of sewing thread and supplies, with sale of EMEA Crafts business to AURELIUS Group;
Advised Mezzanine Management on MEUR 23.3 investments into Mogo Finance;
Acquisition of Allied Irish Bank's mortgage loan portfolio and Hipo Fondi pension funds and investment plans for SEB and SEB Wealth Management.
