The firm has been involved in most of the major M&A and privatization transactions in the Baltic States:
- Advised the Ministry of Economics on the acquisition of 18.31% of the shares of AS Conexus Baltic Grid by AS Augstsprieguma tīkls from Uniper Ruhrgas International GmbH;
- Advised the Ministry of Economics on acquisition of 16, 05% of the shares of AS Conexus Baltic Grid by AS Augstsprieguma tīkls from SIA ITERA Latvija;
- Advised Swedbank on acquisition of Danske Bank personal banking business in Lithuania and Latvia;
- Assisted Fuchs Petrolub SE with MEUR 74 acquisition of Statoil Fuel & Retail Lubricants from Couche-Tard Luxembourg;
- Assisted BBG and Baltikums Bank with sale of insurance company Baltikums to Vienna Insurance Group;
- Assisted Communicorp Group with sale of Radio SWH to Cinamon Holding;
- Assisted ACTA (holding of Kiwa and Shield Group International) with acquisition of Inspecta Group;
- Assisted Coats plc, the world’s largest manufacturer and distributor of sewing thread and supplies, with sale of EMEA Crafts business to AURELIUS Group;
- Advised Mezzanine Management on MEUR 23.3 investments into Mogo Finance;
- Acquisition of Allied Irish Bank's mortgage loan portfolio and Hipo Fondi pension funds and investment plans for SEB and SEB Wealth Management.
