   In the ever-changing landscape of data export laws and regulator guidance, we have continued to  increase our market share of data export matters for multi-national companies including Cloud/SaaS products, Data Centres and US Headquartered businesses. We have vast experience in providing solutions in complex data export scenarios with regard to BCRs, Standard Contractual Clauses, and Privacy Shield. We have for example, advised extensively following the collapse of US Safe Harbor, appointed as lead advisors to provide remediation and to install alternative transfer tools for leading organisations.

3. Data breaches and cyber security

   Instructed for new breach incidents and breach response plans
