  • representing one of Southeast Asia’s leading mobile technology company in resisting the proposed decision and fine imposed by MyCC for alleged abuse of dominant position by imposing restrictive clauses on its drivers and preventing them from promoting and providing advertising services for the latter’s competitors and the transit media advertising market.
  • representing a regulator in resisting MyCC’s decision to fine General Insurance Association of Malaysia (PIAM) and its 22 members a total sum of RM213.45mil for an “anti-competitive agreement”.
  • represented AirAsia, a leading low-costs carrier in securing landmark competition law rulings from Court of Appeal whilst setting aside MyCC’s MYR10 million market sharing decision.
