Our international arbitration practice is co-headed by Marina Matousekova and Alexandre Reynaud.
Our arbitration practice extends to major industry sectors, with particular expertise in energy and natural resources; construction; aeronautics and defence; transport and logistics; telecommunications; luxury and hospitality; as well as pharmaceuticals and health.
We advise and represent our foreign and French corporations, as well as for private individuals and foreign public entities in commercial arbitration and investment arbitration whether ad hoc or institutional (ICC, LCIA, ICSID, CMAP, CCJA, etc.).
Our lawyers also act before State courts in arbitration-related proceedings concerning:
- arbitrator appointments or challenges;
- enforcement proceedings
- annulment proceedings; and
- the liability of those involved in arbitration.
Recent work highlights
- acting for a French aeronautics’ group in an two arbitration (ad hoc and ICC) relating to a €100 million dispute arising out of a licence agreement for a navigation system;
- acting for World Natural Resources Ltd in ICSID and ICC arbitrations in relation to a €200 million dispute arising out of an oil production sharing agreement;
- acting for the French subsidiary of a US group in two ICC arbitrations in relation to joint ownership of a company in the aerospace industry;
- acting for N-SOFT, a Hong Kong-based telecommunications company in a CCJA arbitration against a Central African State regarding the performance of a settlement.
