We also have vast experience in real estate portfolio financing, advising lenders and borrowers in structured, senior, mezzanine, club deals, syndication, recourse and non-recourse loans, cross-collateralized, trust, mortgage and pledge securities.

We support our clients in legal due diligence, development, condominium constitution and project management, as well as in the negotiation and execution of their leases (speculative, multi-tenant, built-to-suit, sale-and-leaseback).
