Stibbe has a recognised Benelux practice with a strong focus on DCM mandates, such as advising issuers and shareholders on capital increases by way of private placement. The law firm advises clients from the banking and finance industry on setting up covered bond programmes. It also provides assistance with some ECM mandates, including setting up SPACs and securitisation transactions. The team is often active for public sector clients in updating EMTN programmes and green bond issues.
