The Dispute Resolution Department has a diverse client base which includes state-owned entities, blue-chip corporations, public utility providers, educational institutions, transport, banking, insurance, plantations, construction, corporations based outside Malaysia, as well as prominent individuals and special interest groups.

• A construction matter where the sum in dispute is in the region of RM1 billion
• A dispute involving a public transport developer in the region of RM300 million
• Defending an airline against a claim worth in access of RM41 million

The firm has also been involved in some landmark decisions including successfully:

• Concluding the first disciplinary proceedings involving the auditors of 1MDB
• Representing members of an Orang Asli settlement in compensation claim resulting in a consent judgement
