Our attorneys bring in-house experience with construction companies and commercial developers allowing us to anticipate and understand complex issues that arise in construction and engineering projects. We participate in clients’ development process from site acquisition through project completion, including warranty and defects periods. We evaluate project circumstances to help clients achieve informed, cost-effective resolutions through early negotiation and alternative dispute resolution. However, when disputes are not resolved amicably, we pursue and defend construction claims in state and federal courts, arbitration and administrative tribunals.
