2. Assisted Lok Capital Growth Fund, Aavishkaar Venture Management Services Private Limited, and Aavishkaar India ll Company Limited with securing a full exit from Osam Dairy through the sale of their shareholding to Dodla Dairy Limited, as part of Dodla's 100% acquisition of Osam Dairy.
3. Advised a global clinical-trial services provider on India’s CTR regime, ethics approvals, compensation structures, and cross-border health-data handling. Advised multiple companies on exporting genomic and clinical-trial datasets to 10+ countries.
4. Advised a global AI/ML telesurgery platform on its software-as-a-medical-device classification, patient-data governance, and import/export restrictions for its India expansion
