William Ridgway is co-head of the firm's global cybersecurity and data privacy practice. He has an esteemed practice, representing major clients in the financial and technology industry in incident responses, nationwide data breach class actions, privacy and data security investigations and litigations bought by plaintiffs and regulatory bodies.

David Simon of Skadden is experienced in dealing with a wide range of cybersecurity issues, including assessing incident response plans and responding to large ransomware attacks. He serves as co-head of the firm's global cybersecurity and data privacy practice.
