Skadden’s European Union and international competition law practice is based in Brussels and consists of five partners, two counsel and a team of associates that includes nationals admitted to practice in various member states within the EU. Together with the rest of the global Skadden Antitrust Group, the Skadden EU team is one of the market leaders in EU and global competition law, focusing on the two core areas within the field: merger control and investigations.

Skadden has a reputation for undertaking high-value and complex merger control matters, including numerous Phase II investigations. Our extensive international network enables us to carry out multijurisdictional filings that few other firms can match.
