Our international banking team operates as one acting for banks, government agencies and corporates on some of the most complex and innovative transactions worldwide. Our expertise includes acquisition and bid finance, structured finance, syndicated lending, secured lending, project finance, trade finance, asset finance and workouts and restructurings.

Our team works to ensure that banking transactions proceed quickly and effectively. Our vast experience in this market means we can put any transaction into the right context and provide the most appropriate solution. We're a team of around 130 people, including around 40 partners. Our lawyers advise on global banking issues from our locations around the world.

Finance
Our longstanding focus on the financial institutions and asset management sectors allows us to anticipate the commercial needs of our clients to help them navigate this challenging environment.

Our international finance practice advises on the full range of financial products and delivers integrated solutions by working in close collaboration with our regulatory, litigation and other specialist teams around the world.
